OK at the moment i am doing a few different diets in one.
- I am only eating baby food except for sometimes dinner
- I take Acai Berry Select twice a day
- I consume no more then 4000kjs (955cals) a day
so far I have lost 5.6kgs (12.3lbs) in 2 weeks so its going really well
also I exercise (usually cycle) about 40 mins every day
I'm pretty happy with myself =]
